SCHOOL/CHURCH VOLUNTEERS
While we are grateful for your service, it is necessary for you to have your background checks and clearances up-to-date.  If your clearances have expired, or you haven’t completed the program, you cannot remain in ministry until updated clearances and checks are submitted to the parish.

Volunteers must complete and submit to Saint Anselm Parish the following:

• PA Child Abuse and History Certification
• PA Criminal Record Check for Volunteer
• Disclosure Statement Application for Volunteer
